[ct-user] Communications Problem & TS950

Before and during the ARRL CW, I couldn't establish ANY communications for
the TS950, though I had no problem with the FT-1000MP.  I was using CT
9.47.003

I would take this report with a grain of salt, as I was unable to determine
if there was a hardware problem with the TS950 (it wasn't mine) or the DX
Engineering interface (which has worked flawlessly up to now with another
TS950).
