I experienced the same problem. CT 9.46 worked great, but 9.48 does not 
change bands and resets all memories to 0, i.e., 14000, 21000, 28000. If this 
is a bug, I hope it gets fixed or I am going to have to go back to 9.46. It 
was a real pain to remember to change bands in the log during the ARRL DX 
Contest using the Alt-F1 and Alt-F2 when I punched the band switch on the rig.
