Similar problem: I am having problems with 9.48 in the Dxpedition mode.  I
have been using this for general logging for the last couple years, but now
with 9.48 it is highly unstable.  If I try to change mode via crtl-f1 or
log a dup it crashes and has even scrambled the file.  Worked with 9. 39 -
9.46
