[ct-user] CT's Cabrillo output

Although the ARRL says that submitting Cabrillo format logs are OK for
ARRLDX (and mandatory soon - like later this year), the Cabrillo formatted
file generated by CT9.48 is missing some key "summary sheet" information:

CLUB (yikes!)
ARRL SECTION
CATEGORY
ZIP CODE
POWER (this may be technically part of category)

Bill, K5NX (K5FUV) told me not to use it.
