[ct-user] DXpedition mode crash

I have a DXpedition log that was created with v9.47.003, but if I try to 
load it with CT 9.48 or 9.49, CT crashes when I hit control-enter on the 
opening page.  I don't have 9.47.003 handy, but it does open ok with 9.46.
