[ct-user] CT and Novice/Tech bands

Using CT 9.50 (or any other version), I am not able to select a
novice/tech band (10N 40N, etc) using ALT-F2 or ALT-F1 and FD
contest....
I must be doing something wrong???? Any ideas?
