[ct-user] [CT] Windows version

I recently downloaded the CTWIN to try it out on a laptop (IBM ThinkPad
600X) as a possible compact solution to an already FD situation.  However
when I tried to keyboard or 'send' a message from the buffered keys, no
generated sound came from the PC.  Despite typing in 'sound' nothing seemed
to change.  Is this a 'windows' problem (running Windows 2000), a laptop
problem, or a Windows version of CT Problem?
