[ct-user] IARU writearrl and date (9.45)

When I do a writearrl the date comes out as, 08/07/100. Is it ok to
submit it this way? The ARRL asks for no headers or page breaks correct?
If I do a writelog the dates are correct. 
With either one I had no problem with 5  character HQ reports.
