[ct-user] .BRK file bug for CQWW

The last table in the CT .BRK file is labeled kilopoints/hour.  This table 
provides an hour by hour progression of your score.  I looked at this table 
for several CQWW logs I have and could not figure why the numbers did not 
make sense.  I then looked at the same report for other contests and they 
are correct.  So, this table does not appear to be calculated properly for 
CQWW contests (using 9.53).

Hopefully this can be corrected in a future version.
