[ct-user] Potential 9.53 mult problems

I worked JR0BDQ/1, CT scores is as JD1o.  I looked in the DAT file and
JR0BDQ/JD1 is under JD1o but not JR0BDQ/1.  

It appears CT does not look at the full call in the DAT file.
I don't know what other logging errors this might introduce.

I also don't know if JR0BDQ/1 is operating from JD1o or not.  His call
would indicate not.
