[ct-user] No Cabrillo output for WPX

The latest version (9.58) of CT shows Cabrillo has not yet been added for
WPX.  So N8BJQ may not rescore a log if it is sent the old way (I think CQ
magazine contests are still accepting the old formats as well as Cabrillo
but not sure).  Personally I plan to wait to see if Ken updates CT in the
next few weeks to add Cabrillo output for WPX.

        The cty.dat file must be updated by typing "TO9T=FG" in the
callsign field or this QSO will be logged as ZERO points...of course
N8BJQ will rescore it anyway if you send the log in "as is".
