[ct-user] CT 9.63

Hello all...want to thank Ken K1EA ...CT9.63 was just downloaded and
installed on all 7 of my machines and it works flawlessly...this is the
first upgrade in some time that i haven't had a single problem on at least
one computer...my hats of to you Ken this one is great!!!! thanks de Rick
