[ct-user] CT & IOTA contest

Hello!

I tested a little bit the newest CT version (9.65) and IOTA contest mode.

Actually I was testing my packet radio system before the pedition. I connected 
to the local cluster and the DX-spots started flowing - but - nothing appeared 
in ALT-A window. I think the band map is working Ok.
