[ct-user] Info about 9.50

Hi everyone, I tried to run the release 9.50, but with a great surprise I'm
unable to communicate with the tnc, no matter about the port where it's
connected, com1 or 2.
Of course I run the proper comtsr before launching it.
The settings appearing on the screen when I run comtsr are the same I always
used, never need to specify a speed or anything else, and the tnx is working
normally with other software.
Any hint?
