I helped someone fix their log after CQWW because they decided to change the PC
from local time to UTC time in the middle of the contest.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Don't change your PC clock in the middle of a contest
for any reason. You can then use ct_time AFTER the contest to adjust all the
QSOs by the same amount. As Fritz demonstrated, it's too easy to make a
mistake. The log file would not have included seconds anyway, just HH:MM.
