[ct-user] paddle support

Hello,

Just start to make a box to bring the computer lpt port at
the desktop. This will make the changes on rig/voicekeyer/cw
keyer/ptt a bit easier.

My question: Do I need  a place for a connector for the
paddle. Or in other words will this be implement in the near
future? (see nothing in the release.txt or archive)
