* Fixed the score of zero problem

* Tweaked the Cabrillo format as requested by Trey

* Improved TELNET packet connection in CTWIN.
  Select TELNET in the startup window for packet. Any attempt to send 
  something when disconnected results in a prompt for a telnet address.
  Examples are K1TTT.NET and 205.247.190.48 (W1HR).

* After installing CTWIN, you must reboot to activate the CW sending
function
