IMHO, the "right" way to handle this in this situation is to output the 
Cabrillo file, then go to that QSO with a text editor and change it to 0.1.  
Given the announcements prior to the contest about logging only "numbers", 
rather than things like "KW", it will be interesting to see the outcome of 
this year's log checking.
