That question should go to the software author of the program identified
on the CREATED-BY: line of offending logs rather than you as a user as
long as the log is acceptable. Granted, it is up to participants to
submit compliant logs, but I know that I have never tried to compare a
ct generated log to the standard, and really don't want to. As long as
ct generates a log that the contest sponsor accepts I'm not going to
worry about it.
