[ct-user] Web page small problem

I'm not sure who's taking care of this page but on the command line switch
page, there is a reference as follows:

-NC No Comm flag. Resets the com setup. After a contest, use this flag at
the office where you have no computer.

I don't know about you, but I don't think this would be useful if I didn't
have a computer.
