[ct-user] Improper logging of DX on FD

I noticed a slight problem with DX stations during FD using v9.63.  Seems CT
didn't like it when I tried to log a DX station as 1D DX.  I'm sure CT was
looking for RST and DX for these stations.  When we tried to log 1D DX, CT
would erase the "D" and leave only the 1  DX.  I'm not sure if this can be
altered post contest or if a later version wouldn't have had this problem.
Not really a big deal since only and handful of contacts were DX anyway.
Just looking for any suggestions that might allow me to repair these
contacts.
