[ct-user] More Tests

Some suggestions I have for tests:
1. Repeat the tests mentioned by several others several times.  It should
work each and every time, and not just sporadically.
2. Cycle through all the bands.  CT should never crash because the radio is
on an incorrect or WARC band.
3. Network it using Ethernet and Serial cables.  Make sure radio control
still works.
