[ct-user] How to Write DXpedition Mode Log?

I'm currently using version 9.77.

How can I write a  "call.log"  file that includes all QSOs from a DXpedition
log?  WRITELOG creates logs for each individual band and WRITEARRL creates a
cover sheet that says there is no Cabrillo format for this type of contest
(DXpedition). I'd like to print the entire log as a whole. Not by band. Do I
have to merge the individual band logs one at a time?

Any help would be appreciated.
