The last advice on this subject that I saw on the CT reflector
was from Bob, K3PH. If you want an older version of
CTWin, look for the archive link. Here is Bob's message.

In case anybody is wondering how I finally got CTWin
working again on Windows 98SE, here's the story:
The CTWin 9.89.003 that was on www.k1ea.com installed
several DLL files in the c:\windows\system directory:
std-vc-mt.dll
io-vc-mt.dll
network-vc-mt.dll
time-vc-mt.dll
helper-vc-mt.dll
thread-vc-mt.dll
file-vc-mt.dll
Replacing these files with ones that had been there
previously resulted in CTWin operating properly.
