I have been working on the character mode windows version to get rid of an
old library which has been causing me grief. For the programmers in the
group, the library would not shut down threads properly, so I changed
everything to use native WIN32 calls.
Some of the support DLL's have changed and the install should work now. The
TELNET tnc connection now resets so you can log off one node, then log on to
another. Please run a complete uninstall to get rid of the old DLLs before
installing this version.
