[ct-user] What's that window below call?

[wilder at abs.net (Martha & Dick Wilder)]

Can somebody tell me what the little (maybe room for 20 characters) window
is that opened on the line just below the empty callsign/command entry
area?   And more importantly, how do I get the cursor out of that field
after I accidently strayed into it?
