Alt+Enter does that. If you want the window to be a different size, go to
the properties for the shortcut and change the font.

Any clue as to how to enable -VGA mode in CTWin? I'd like to open more
windows, but when I use Alt-Enter to go to full screen,
I still can't figure out how to re-size windows to allow me to open others.
