Thanks to AD1C who referenced release note 9.88.004. That note refers to
running CTWin on XP, but I can confirm that doing those tweaks makes CT work
just peachy on 2KPro. The mouse moves the windows just fine. And, by
adding the -vga switch to the command line on the shortcut, it does indeed
run in the VGA mode super-duper. Plus switches like -now work. And you can
click full-screen in the shortcut properties to make it run full screen
automatically.
