Hi Mike,

Did you do a complete install of CT?  There should be a file in your CT
directory called CQP.DAT that is the multiplier file for CA QSO Party. 
Remember that the CT updates that are posted to the web site contain the
program only, none of the data files.

If you do not have it, you can go to http://www.k1ea.com/dat/ and download the
ct_dat.zip file, then unzip that file into your CT directory.
