Gerry, I believe the answer to your question is NO.  The station number that
made the QSO (entered in the CT setup screen) is *not* part of the QSO record. 
The only information that gets written to the QSO record is a result of typing
RUN1/RUN2 or RUN/MULT.  Otherwise I believe there is no way to tell.
