Hi Tony,

QSL (CT8 and earlier, QSL9 for CT9) is a program which allows you to
pre-emptively QSL contacts on new bands and modes. This is for the guys who
want to make sure every station they work gets a QSL, without having to open
every package from the QSL bureau, and without sending multiple confirmations
for the same band/mode.

The QSL program maintains a database of each station you have sent a card to,
and which bands/modes you have confirmed. When you work the station on a new
band/mode combination (ie. 75m SSB), it will generate a new label, and mark it
in the database so that you will never confirm another 75m SSB QSO with the
same station. So after each contest, just run QSL on your new .BIN file and
the labels will be automatically generated.
