[ct-user] RAC.ZIP - BAD RAC.DAT

Oh Well, It ALWAYS was under "section files" and still is.
I did find it on the "Download page" under "SUPPORT FILES" guess that's new.

The bottom line is the RAC.DAT in RAC.ZIP dated 6/29/04 19:47 doesn't work !!!

I locks up on QC, VE2!!!  QC shows up on NS !!!

Anything other Prov entry than VE1 (NS) will show up as a second "S" one 
character position
to the LEFT of the NS entry. You end up with a "DOUBLE S (SS).
