[ct-user] ARRL 10 meter Discards

The entire entry would read:
    30  10  1956  LT1F    59     1122   S

I get the same 'Discarded' message for all 4 digit serial numbers,
another example is:
    32   10   2009    CX5BW   59  1225  S  CX

We also had some 2000 series numbers and they were discarded
also, so it isn't just 4 digit numbers starting with 1.

Beats me, hopefully something simple I'm doing or not doing.
