[ct-user] CTWIN and QSLMODE

CTWin worked just great for me at 8P9Z, but I cannot get it to work in the  
QSLMODE.  I can move the .bin file to CTDOS and all is fine.
 
Please tell me if the problem is me or CTWIN.  It isn't a big deal,  but I 
would like to know if I need a shrink.
