I have released version 3.4 of CT to ADIF (C2A). This version works
under both DOS and in an MS-DOS window:

Here is the list of changes:
Fixed ADIF band for 902 MHz
Fixed received serial number in IOTA
Write ARRL Field Day info to COMMENT field
Fixed ARRL SS check/prec. in CT8 and CT9 (comment)
Fixed export of CA counties
Export CONTEST_ID field with each QSO
There is also a new command-line switch "-fd" which will write the
Field Day exchange (category and section) into the ADIF COMMENT field.
