[ct-user] Sprint.dat typo?

As I worked a VE1 who was giving out NS in the recent SSB Sprint, I 
noticed that CT10 couldn't identify it as MAR. After the contest, I 
checked the sprint.dat http://www.k1ea.com/dat/sprint.dat file and there 
seems to be a typo in the MAR line. It shows NF twice, doesn't show NS 
or VE1.

An easy edit.
