[ct-user] CT Updates, where do I begin?

At K3BSA we have always used CT for our contesting software.
About 5 or 6 years ago, I purchased Version 9 of CT about $90.
Somewhere along the lines, I thought I read about it being free
now.  If so, where do I begin to download the most current version
and all associated files?
