There are two Cabrillo spec versions - 2.0 and 3.0
The League should be able to accept either one, as long as the Cabrillo
file is valid. You can't use some 2.0 tags in a 3.0 log, and you can't
use 3.0 tags in a 2.0 log. I know of at least one logging program that
may be doing this incorrectly.
