[ct-user] Meter band not holding

I am using the latest version of CTWIN
trying to operate CQWW tonight
no mater what band I start with when I enter call
when I hit enter it goes to 20 mtr
Not sure anyone will see this before contest is over
but no sense in operating when nothing works correctly
(maybe I'll work some 20 and forget other bands
