I have uploaded new section files for CT:

I can not get into the old K1EA web site, so I had to put the files
here. Just UNZIP this file into your CT or CTWIN directory, letting
it over-write all the files that are there.
* ARRL 160m, Field Day and Sweepstakes now support the new Ontario sections
* ARRL 10m now supports the Mexican states
The VE sections in the multiplier window might look a little strange.
Because there are too many VE sections to be shown in a single column
without the bottom ones being cut off, I moved a few to the "DX"
column. Regardless of where they are, you still want to work 'em all!
