Ah this is a good point if you can find notch filters for each channel,
22Mhz wide each this would help to isolate antennas that are close to
each other in side the 2.4Ghz band.

Tony,

Thanks for the reply.

So, this may not help me... Hmmm... What's the real use of the filter,
then. What good does it do to isolate my frequency? I knew it wouldn't
help with noise right on my channel, but I thought eliminating
surrounding garbage might help in some way.

Thanks for indulging my ignorance on the subject.

Travis

For the most part bandpass filters will not help if the interface is
within the 2.4Ghz band (IE the channel you are on). It will just "Notch"
out the frequencies you are working with. It does not "filter" or
"clean" the 2.4Ghz band itself.

Anyone using bandpass filters on your base gear due to dirty tower sites
and such? We have a base (AP-1000) that shows very high noise at the
tower site, and I'm hoping a very narrow bandpass filter will help. Any
thoughts? I would appreciate some feedback from those of you that have
experience with these filters.
Thanks!
