[Karlnet] Mac Adress Authentication

Does anyone know if I setup the Access Control List in Advanced
Authentication to the client's mac addresses if any type of
authentication screen appear when the user turn the computer on. I know
that using Radius authentication this screen appear but what happens in
this case?
