I have a rackmount flashrom unit with the orinico cards running V3.73.  
It always shows SNR = Signal - Noise.  
If 100% signal and 40% Noise then SNR = 60%.(Or real close to that figure)
Not sure if that is right, but that is how it calculates it.  SNR is NEVER more 
than Signal.
And that is %, not dBM.  Not sure how that would be in dBM.
