I see the same thing happen sometimes with ROR devices.  I will save the 
configuration and the unit will not come back up.  Luckily this last time I was 
able to use the lanminder to power cycle that outlet remotely.

Can we set that timer ?
rightnow if i am not wrong the default about 10 minute.
i more like about 5 min or less 

and who can help me 
share info why AP/Base sometime not respond at all
sometime even watchdog timer can't help it
we must reboot with unplug the power manualy or use APC power control
