Is it possible to enable 802.11b Compatible Access Point with MAC Address Filtering?

I have made a KN-100 with 4.43a BASE act like an access point. It lets 802.11b wireless interfaces to associate and pass traffic through it even though the MAC address has been denied in the Turbocell Access List.

Any ideas?
