Kevin, you mentioned about a week or so ago about the possibility of
KarlNet offering an upgrade program for stranded Lucent OR owners to
upgrade to the latest and greatest KarlNet firmware.
Has this or will this become a reality? What kind of pricing is (or will
be) available for Lucent OR owners to upgrade?
I personally am a little bit irritated and concerned about being stranded
at FW 4.15, although so far, fingers crossed, I haven't encountered any
massive bugs or issues. I would like to take advantage of some of the
feature changes, enhancements, and fixes since 4.15, and would consider
partaking in an upgrade program. But I won't shell out a ton of cash to
re-purchase a license at full or nearly full price.
Just trying to get a better picture of what's in the future for my
WPII(e)'s and KarlNet.
Thoughts?
