Get with your Karlnet reseller. They should be able to recall your
original license back into "your" inventory for future use and then sell
you a base license.

Is any "credit" available/applied toward a license upgrade from a KN 4.x
SAT SOHO to KN BASE?
I've got one KN-100 laying around that's licensed SAT SOHO and I'm
thinking of maybe reusing the hardware as a BASE for a small POP, and
would rather not lose my (albeit unused) investment in the existing
license. And since I'm using KN-50 units as clients now, I'm not likely
to use the unit for anything else soon.
Thoughts, input, ideas, options, prices??
