[Karlnet] KN-205 problems

People, we have a problem with a KN-205 board running TC Satellite.
Sometimes, when we made a configuration change and try to save this, the
unit freezes and we have to reset physically. In this same unit, 802.11b AP
clients simply desappears and after a new configurations saved, back to
track. What can be happen? Its a firmware or a hardware problem? We are
using Orinoco and Avaya Silver cards.
