Im not aware of any freewares, but licenses from karlnet ranges from
around $40 for a SR-4000 to $199 for the SA-4200. If you want to create a
wireless link less than 12 miles you could just go pickup a pair of
WET11's from linksys.... or WRT54GS and use Sveasoft on them
