Yes, I have an AP and 2 Su's, 1 SU is about 1mile away while the other
is about 2.8miles away.


On that same tower I have 2 karlnet AP's and 1 karlnet BH

One of the 900Su's replaced a karlnet cpe w/ a 24db grid that worked 3
years ago but now the tree's have grown too much and it stopped working
100%

Both locations are NLOS

I would say a 1/4mile shot w/ 1 tree is a no brainer, I found that
within 1.5miles I had signal regardless of NLOS conditions
